Meet the Doctors

​​​​​Dr. Dosaj joined the practice in 2014, after graduatiing from Western University College of Optometry and completing his residency in Ocular disease at the Indian Health Services hospital in Crownpoint, New Mexico. Dr. Dosaj currently focuses on primary care, ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, and pre and post op care for LASIK and cataract surgery.  
 

• Joined Miller Optometry in 2014 and purchased it from Dr. Miller in 2021.
• Graduated with top honors from Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA in 2013.
• Completed a residency and extra training in ocular disease and primary care for the Indian Health Services in NM.
• Glaucoma and ocular disease certified.
• Trained to fit scleral &  specialtycontact lenses.
• Manages cataract and LASIK surgery.

​​​​​Dr. Tiamzon is a graduate from BIOLA, class of 2018, and Marshall B. Ketchum University, class of 2022. His degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, a minor in Biblical Studies, and a Doctor of Optometry.

​​​​​Dr Nassar was involved in Academia from 2012 to 2020, She has enjoyed the didactic part of Optometry and was heavily involved in organized optometry being elected to the World Council of Optometry and serving as chair in different roles for 6 years.

Dr Nassar has been involved in managing and co-managing surgical patients since 1997. She enjoys fitting irregular corneas and hard to fit patients, has a passion for vision therapy and binocular dysfuntions, and enjoys the overall scope of the practice of optometry.

She devotes her free time to her husband and three daughters. She enjoys traveling and has toured over 55 European cities because of her interest in historical art.

Dr Nassar is a member of the National Key Honor Society, and is an Alpha Gamma Sigma Life Member.

Dr Nassar is a member of the American Optometric Association and is Board Certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry for the treatment and management of ocular disease.

Dr Nassar has been holding workshops to benefit the local optometric community in diagnosing and evaluating patients, and plans to hold more especially on the topics of Low Vison, Academic Dysfunction and Dyslexia.

​​​​​Dr. Jimmy K. Lee is a nationally recognized ophthalmic surgeon and educator, known for his expertise in laser vision correction, cataract surgery, customized corneal transplants, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and complex anterior segment reconstruction. A Southern California native, Dr. Lee is proud to bring his decades of experience back home through Jimmy Lee Vision — a practice built around close collaboration with local optometrists to provide concierge-level ophthalmologic care directly in the comfort and familiarity of the optometrist’s office.

Dr. Lee graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Johns Hopkins University and earned his medical degree from Cornell University. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery at the prestigious Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

He has spent the past 15 years as Associate Professor and Director of the Cornea and Refractive Surgery Services at Yale School of Medicine, Yale Eye Center in New Haven, CT and at Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York. He has been recognized by Castle Connolly Regional Top Doctors, New York Magazine Top Doctors and Top Doctors New York Metro Area perennially by fellow ophthalmologists. In addition to providing the most innovative clinical care, Dr. Lee conducts research on nanoparticle drug delivery, artificial intelligence in cataract surgery, multiphoton microscopy for collagen imaging in various corneal pathology, computer vision syndrome, ocular surface disease and dry eyes, and limbal stem cell deficiency. His work has been published in over 50 originals papers in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, abstracts, and he has lectured extensively on these topics nationally and internationally. He is the Editor of the Refractive Surgery issue of Current Opinion in Ophthalmology and is the Associate Managing Editor of the American Journal of Ophthalmology Case Reports.

Dr. Lee is one of seven members of the American Academy of Ophthalmology Preferred Practice Pattern Committee for refractive surgery- an expert panel who establishes guidelines for refractive surgeons in providing optimal patient care based on the best available scientific data.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lee enjoys global travel and cultural adventures with his wife and son, always in pursuit of new perspectives and deeper human connection.

Dr. Miller joined the practice in 1982 after graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry and completing internships in Denver, Colorado and the Washington State School for the Blind in Vancouver, Washington. He is a second-generation Miller optometrist and a graduate of Yucaipa High School.
 

• His father Norman Miller started the practice in 1957.
• He graduated from Pacific University, Oregon in 1982.
• Joined his father's practice in 1982  and then sold Miller Optometry to Dr. Dosaj in 2021.
• Externships and rotations in Denver, CO, and Washington state for the school of the Deaf and Partially Sighted.
• Glaucoma trained and certified.
